As Wills Marquees continues to grow following its merger with long-standing partners in Scotland, Lincolnshire and the Midlands, we are building a national and international business and we are looking for the next generation to grow with us.

A career at Wills is not office-bound. It is practical, hands-on and outward-facing. Our work takes place on private estates, historic venues and remarkable landscapes across the UK and increasingly overseas. No two projects are the same, and no two weeks look alike. We are looking to recruit across the whole of the UK for roles at our Regional offices. Currently located in the Edinburgh, York, Lincoln and Lichfield area; two more bases in the South will follow.

New starters join us and are trained across two core areas of the business: marquee manufacture and marquee rental which incorporates event delivery. Some choose to specialise; others develop careers that combine both understanding how structures are made as well as how they are installed, managed and delivered on site. This breadth of experience is unusual and highly valued in the broader events industry.

Based in Scotland (Kinross area)

As the role is highly specialised full training is provided.

We are looking for someone who has the right attributes, who is willing to learn and who is seeking a long term career with plenty of opportunity for advancement to join us.
